We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, returning it is simple and unhurried.
30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece in its original condition, with tags and dust bag included, for a full refund.
How to return
Email hello@luxepurr.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.
Exchanges
Prefer a different style or colour? Let us know and we'll reserve your new piece while your return is on its way.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
